We would like to provide you some important public information about the Big Picture 2027 Conference.

The venue of the event is the RaM ArT Theatre (1133 Budapest, Kárpát utca 23.), parking is available in the surrounding streets for charge. The venue can be reached from the main entrance on Karpát Street.

Our event is free of charge again this year, but registration is required. Due to high demand, we can only admit guests who have registered in advance and received a confirmation email. Admission will be via QR code again this year. We’ve sent your personalized QR code in the confirmation email; please have it ready when you arrive to register. On-site registration opens on November 5 at 8:30 a.m.

We’ll be opening the event earlier this year, at 9:30 a.m., and will have a continuous program of activities, so we do not plan to have separate coffee breaks. We will have a longer lunch break, to which you are invited!

Some of the presentations will be in English; we will provide a limited number of interpretation devices for these, which will be distributed at the entrance to the theater hall.

We would like to bring to your attention that we will be taking photographs and making audio and video recordings of the event, which we will use on our own platforms and other platforms promoting the Big Picture 2027 Conference—including television broadcasts, press releases, display on publicly accessible websites related to the program (including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other websites), as well as in informational and promotional materials and branding elements (e.g., publications, roll-ups) related to the promotion of the Big Picture 2027 Conference. By registering for the event, attendees agree to and consent to this use. MEME will not use the recordings for commercial purposes.
